It looks like President Obama will do two things. Increase troop levels and set a withdrawal date.

As a libertarian I applaud the withdrawal date, but only if he actually sticks to it. It remains to be seen how Obama defines “victory” in Afghanistan.
UPDATE: Why add more, just to withdrawal? Odd. Just bring them all home!
